Our goal is preserving urban forestry throughout the Twin Cities, so we provide tree care that is affordable and accessible. We rely on our expertise instead of large, invasive equipment to do our jobs. This reduces our overhead costs and ensures that our pricing model is extremely affordable.
Family-Run

We are two generations strong. Ralph began his tree care business in 1973, and John has been working alongside him since he could hold a chainsaw.

Greiling Tree Service is based in Kingfield, and many of our clients live in South Minneapolis. This, along with our small size, means that we are able to provide quotes and care with a quick turnaround.

Trimming and Pruning

Trimming in an urban environment requires experience and skill. As urban arborists we understand how trees add value to homes and businesses. We specialize in small to medium trimming jobs that can be done without heavy machinery. This model of care keeps our prices down when compared to competitors.
Insect and Disease Management

We are experts in preventative treatment for two common tree species in the Metro area. We treat Green Ash trees annually to protect against the Emerald Ash Borer and American Elms (pictured) biannually to protect against Dutch Elm Disease.
Tree Removal

Small- and medium-sized tree jobs are the perfect fit for us! We can take down unsafe trees without the use of large machinery.
Planting
